Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective teaching for UG (BBA & B. Com) and PG management programmes.
- Develop course content, teaching materials and innovative learning approaches.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic administration and student mentoring.
- Undertake research activities and contribute to research publications.
- Participate in institutional and academic initiatives.

Eligibility

- MBA / Master's degree in Finance, Accounts or a related discipline.




- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in academics and/or the corporate sector.
- Candidates with prior corporate Finance/Accounts experience will be preferred.
- Ph.D. in Finance, Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Research publications in reputed journals/conferences are desirable.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Finance & Accounting subjects at UG and PG levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
