Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a skilled and courteous approach.
- Manage patient/guest queries and ensure a smooth overall experience.
- Coordinate with reception, clinical, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of service, grooming, communication, and hospitality.
- Ensure proper coordination for VIP/premium patients and visitors.
- Maintain guest feedback and service records.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and customer-service orientation.
- Prior experience in hotels, hospitals, clinics, or premium hospitality will be an advantage.
