About the Role : We are looking for an experienced CPG Analytics professional with 5 - 10 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, advanced analytics, pricing analytics, customer analytics, and data science, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Key Responsibilities : - Analyze sales, distribution, customer, product, pricing, and market data to identify business opportunities.- Develop insights around product performance, category growth, market share, customer behavior, and channel performance.- Conduct retail and consumer analytics across channels such as modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.- Conduct pricing analytics to evaluate price elasticity, price positioning, and competitive pricing.- Analyze promotional effectiveness, discounts, trade promotions, and campaign performance.- Develop customer segmentation models and identify high-value customer groups.- Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine-learning techniques to solve business problems.- Build analytical models for forecasting, customer segmentation,



demand prediction, pricing, and product performance.- Develop and maintain BI dashboards, management reports, and analytical scorecards.- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Required Skills : - Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Hands-on experience with Python or R for analytics and statistical modeling.- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and analytical techniques.- Experience working with large and complex datasets.- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics is preferred.Domain Expertise : - Deep understanding of CPG/FMCG business models, commercial processes, and category management.- Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), or Category Analytics is an advantage.- Experience interacting directly with business leadership and presenting analytical recommendations.- Consulting experience in CPG/Retail analytics is an added advantage.
