QualificationsA keen desire to be part of the earliest part of startup journeyCPAStrong understanding of U.S. federal individual income taxExperienced preparing individual tax returns using skilled tax software such as Drake, UltraTax, CCH, Lacerte, ProSeries, or similar platformsExperienced reviewing tax returns, not just preparing themExcellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization skills
