Your RoleAs an

Production Supervisor

( Upholstery Section) , you will oversee daily upholstery operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.Your responsibilities will include:Planning, organizing,



and supervising daily upholstery section activitiesAllocating tasks to upholsterers and monitoring productivity and performanceEnsuring all upholstery works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and deadlinesCoordinating with design, cutting, and production teams to resolve technical issuesConducting quality checks at various stages to maintain high standardsMonitoring material usage and coordinating with stores for fabric, foam, and accessoriesTraining and mentoring team members to improve skills and output qualityReporting progress, issues, and resource requirements to managementMaintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking ForExperience:

5+ years in upholstery within joinery, luxury furniture, or fit-out environments, with supervisory experienceKnowledge:

Upholstery techniques, materials, tools, and workshop workflowsExpertise:

Fabric handling, foam applications, upholstery tools, and quality control processesTop SkillsQualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experienceStrong technical knowledge of upholstery materials, techniques, and toolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, coordination, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
