Job descriptionSales Officer General Trade (FMCG) | GoaExperience:Minimum 2-5 Years in GT in GOALocation:GoaIndustry:FMCGCTC: Maximum gross up to 45 KPMResponsible for drivingprimary & secondary sales, distributor management, outlet expansion and market coverageacross the assigned Goa territory.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.Manage distributors, stockists, wholesalers and retail outlets.Drive secondary sales and ensure effective outlet coverage.Develop new outlets and expand the customer base.Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.Implement company schemes, promotions and trade activities.Monitor distributor stock, billing, collections and outstanding payments.Track competitor activities,



pricing and market trends.Conduct regular market visits and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.Requirements:Minimum 25 years ofFMCG General Trade sales experience , preferably with knowledge of the Goa market. Solid distributor handling, retail execution and target-achievement skills.
