QualificationsPhD or Masters in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology,



or a related discipline.At least 6+ years of experience in evidence synthesis, systematic literature reviews, and HTA submissions.

SkillsProficiency in SLRs, NMAs, and evidence synthesis methods for HTA and payer submissionsStrong expertise in EndNote, SLR software and statistical software for meta-analysis.Ability to manage client relationships independently and anticipate/resolve delivery challengesPortfolio management capability — delivery oversight, resourcing optimization, and risk managementPeople management capability — coaching, performance development, and team coordinationScientific thought leadership — senior review of manuscripts, posters, and podium presentationsScientific writing skills with experience in manuscripts, abstracts, and dossier development
