In-design & Photoshop.n• Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projectsn. • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.nnKey Responsibilities:n* Exceptional aesthetic sense and visual judgment.n* Mature space planning and layout resolution.n* Understanding of scale, proportion and furniture placement.n* Ability to understand classical, modern-classical and contemporary design languages.n* Ability to find references appropriate to the actual architecture, proportions and dimensions of a room.n* Ability to translate references into an original and workable design.n* Experience developing concept, schematic and detailed design-development boards.n* Solid furniture, lighting, flooring, ceiling, cornice, fabric, carpet and material selection.n* Ability to take a design from initial concept through to an approved 3D.n* Ability to guide junior designers and coordinate with project managers, 3D visualisers and technical-drawing teams.n* A stable, collaborative and non-defensive working temperament.n
