? Key Responsibilities & Requirements

ServiceNow & CMDB Expertise

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow CMDB Architecture experience
- Robust expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) with end-to-end adoption experience
- Strong understanding of:
- CI Class Modeling
- Service Modeling
- Dependency Mapping
- CMDB Architecture & Design

CMDB Implementation & Transformation

- Proven experience in large-scale CMDB implementations and transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance
- Experience in designing and implementing CMDB governance frameworks and standards





IRE & Reconciliation

- Deep hands-on expertise in Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Strong knowledge of:
- CI Identification Rules
- Data Source Precedence
- Reconciliation Strategies
- CI Identification and Data Integrity

CMDB Data Quality & Governance

- Strong understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management
- Experience managing and improving:
- Completeness
- Correctness
- Compliance
- Duplicate CI Control
- CMDB Health
- Data Quality KPIs & Dashboards

The ideal candidate should have strong architecture, governance, and hands-on ServiceNow CMDB expertise, with experience leading enterprise-scale CMDB transformation initiatives and driving CSDM adoption and data quality improvements.
