Architecture & Build? PCLSA – Part 2 certification complete? Experience with Pega Smart Dispute Framework and financial domain? Working experience across Pega 7.x, 8.x & Pega Infinity? Expertise in:• Case Management, Business Rules & Decisioning• Data Modeling & Data Pages• UI Kit / Cosmos / Constellation UI• Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)• Security & Access Control? Solid understanding of Pega build/performance/rollout optimization & best practices? Excellent client-facing communication, technical leadership, and people management skillsProcess Skills:✅ Familiarity with Pega offerings — BluePrint, Smart Dispute, Gen AI & Agentic✅ Strong in setup, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations & security✅ Ability to work on aggressive schedules and drive teams to high velocity with minimal rework
