Job title: SAP Order to Cash Data Migration Expert

Seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Expert to join a major ERP transformation programme, supporting Order to Cash (O2C) data migration activities across multiple deployments.

This is a hands-on role combining SAP business process knowledge, data migration, data quality and stakeholder management, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure data is ready, accurate and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

- Own data migration activities for assigned Order to Cash data objects across ERP deployments.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of data cleansing and preparation activities.
- Collect and validate data for manual and constructed data objects.
- Work closely with IT teams to define and maintain value mappings and master data lists.
- Provide functional and business knowledge to technical teams supporting data extraction, transformation and conversion from legacy systems.
- Work with Business Data Owners and IT teams to identify and confirm data objects in scope.




- Monitor data readiness and quality throughout the migration process.
- Validate that migrated data is accurate and fit for business purpose.
- Review and formally approve upload files before and after data loads.
- Perform manual data loads where required.
- Support dual maintenance activities during the migration.
- Execute and approve data verification and validation scripts.
- Act as the key functional contact for assigned data objects during defect management and Hypercare.

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience in relevant country or global roles.
- Proven experience working on SAP ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Sales Management, Contract Management, Order to Cash (O2C) and Pricing processes.
- Positive knowledge of Customer Master and the sales view of Material Master data.
- Previous data migration experience, ideally within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English
