Job Role

- Generate and qualify leads through varies platforms like job boards Linked In, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT / Non -IT solutions and services.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.




- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs and present appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Work on reactivations the client and generating highest revenue.

Candidate Specification

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
