The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This prospect is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.The role would involve: Core system administration & functional support: create/manage entities, investors, GL accountsUser access & issue resolution: permissioning, troubleshooting with FIS/Investran supportReporting support (SSRS): maintain, tweak, and enhance existing reports; limited net-new build using templatesData management & remediation: bulk updates, corrections, and data quality fixesOperational support: run existing reports and support business requests from the systemSystem maintenance & environments: manage UAT refreshes, validate connections, support testing cyclesUpgrade support: assist with quarterly upgrades, testing, and validation cyclesReview of NAV and Financials of the Private equity and Hybrid Funds that include recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments,



preparing investor notices and various client reporting.Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors.Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis.Onboard new PE/Hybrid Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran)Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve the process efficiency and team productivitySetting up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by laying down the processes and internal check frameworks to achieve the overall objectiveClient Management: Understanding project request, negotiate deadline and handling client queriesProject Management: Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing outputKey Competencies: -CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a top tier business school4-9 years of strong experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Investran System admin SupportUnderstanding of Private Equity, Venture Capital, PE Co-investment, PE Fund of FundsStrong in finance fundamentals and analytical skillsExcellent in MS Excel to process varied data setsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlinesDedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with project management, client relationship management, analytical, and teamwork skills
