We are seeking an experienced Global Process Data Consultant – Source to Pay (STP) to support large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring business data is fit-for-purpose, standardized, governed, and ready to support process design, system build, data migration, and adoption.Work Arrangement: 100% RemoteCandidate Location: EMEA or APAC onlyRequired QualificationsExperience5+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong data focus.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in greenfield implementations.Proven experience supporting large-scale, global ERP implementations.Deep understanding of value-stream business processes and related data objects.Experience supporting data migration, cleansing, harmonization, and validation activities.Technical & Functional SkillsStrong knowledge of SAP master data objects, including:MaterialVendor/Business PartnerBOMOutline AgreementsPIRsSource ListsRoutingsPricingCustomerOther relevant master and transactional dataUnderstanding of S/4HANA data model changes compared with ECC.Experience with SAP MDG or similar data governance tools is preferred.Familiarity with data migration tools such as:ADMSAP Migration CockpitLVMETL toolsAbility to read and interpret functional specifications and data models.Soft SkillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Coupa is a significant plus.Strong procurement experience is preferred.Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or asset-intensive industries.Previous experience as a Functional Data Lead or Data Domain Lead.Experience defining global templates and harmonized data models.Knowledge of data quality tools, metrics,



and governance practices.Position PurposeThe organization is undertaking several large-scale global transformation projects requiring data conversion, migration, and ongoing management of process-related data, including reference, conditional, configuration, and transactional data.The Functional Process Data Expert will support a global greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation across multiple value streams, including Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Deliver (PTD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Source to Pay (STP), and Order to Cash (OTC).The role will serve as a bridge between business process owners, SAP functional teams, and the data enablement organization, ensuring data requirements are incorporated into solution design and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesData Enablement & Solution DesignPartner with global and regional business stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with standardized value-stream processes.Translate business process designs into explicit master and transactional data definitions for S/4HANA.Support template design by ensuring consistent data models, attributes, and hierarchies across geographies.Validate data readiness for end-to-end process execution across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return processes.Functional Process Data OwnershipDefine data objects, attributes, and mandatory fields.Support business rules, validations, and derivations.Align data structures with SAP best practices and applicable industry standards.Data Migration & ReadinessSupport data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization activities.Define and validate data mapping rules from legacy systems to S/4HANA.Participate in mock conversions, data loads, and reconciliation activities.Ensure data quality thresholds are achieved prior to cutover.Supplier NotesCandidates must be located in EMEA or APAC.The position is 100% remote.Please set appropriate expectations regarding the manager's planned PTO from October 5–19.
