Job Title: Senior SAP CRM Technical ConsultantLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)Experience: 7+ YearsEmployment Type: Full timeRole Overview:We are looking for a Senior SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM Service, ABAP, OData, SAP CRM UI, IDoc, BAPI, BADI, and BRF+. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM technical solutions, including integrations with third-party applications and SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong experience in technical development, API integration, custom objects, troubleshooting, and requirement analysis within an on-premise SAP CRM environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and implement SAP CRM technical solutions, particularly within the CRM Service module.Develop and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP, BAPI, BADI, OData, IDoc, and BRF+.Develop and maintain SAP CRM UI applications and related technical components.Design and develop OData services and API integrations with third-party applications.Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces,



and integrations.Support and develop integrations between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.Analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.Perform bug fixing, debugging, performance analysis, and production support.Participate in technical refinement of existing objects and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with SAP functional teams, Microsoft Dynamics teams, Finance teams, and technical integration teams.Support DevOps activities, defect resolution, testing, deployment, and release activities.Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for existing CRM developments and integrations.Mandatory Skills:7+ years of relevant SAP CRM Technical experience.Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service.Robust ABAP development experience.Hands-on experience with BAPI and BADI.Strong experience in SAP OData services and API integration.Experience with SAP CRM UI development.Strong knowledge of IDoc processing and integration.Experience with BRF+.Experience in third-party API integrations.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancement experience.Experience working in an on-premise SAP CRM environment.If interested, kindly share your resume at [email protected]
