Sr. Technical Program ManagerLocation: GurgaonExperience: 5–6 YearsBudget : 15 LPA MaxEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager who can drive cross-functionaltechnology programs from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate willhave a strong engineering/technical background and experience transitioning intoprogram/project management, with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Product, QA,Infrastructure, and Business teams.The role requires strong execution discipline, data-driven program governance, and the ability toproactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.Key Responsibilities• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, SprintReviews, and Retrospectives.• Track and improve velocity, sprint execution, delivery predictability, and overallprogram health.• Own and maintain RAID Logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies,with proactive identification and escalation.• Build and maintain execution dashboards using Jira and Excel to provide actionableinsights into program progress, bottlenecks, risks, and delivery performance.• Leverage Jira/JQL, dashboards, Excel Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reportingcapabilities for effective program tracking and governance.• Drive release readiness across Engineering, QA, Product, Infra, and Businessstakeholders.• Establish data-backed Go/No-Go criteria and facilitate release decision-making.• Act as the connective layer between Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, andBusiness teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies,



and critical path items to ensure programsremain on schedule.• Proactively identify delivery risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to developmitigation and contingency plans.• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular program status updates,executive summaries, and escalation reports.• Drive continuous improvement in program execution, processes, governance, anddelivery predictability.Must-Have Skills & Experience• 5–6 years of total experience in Technical Program Management, ProgramManagement, Project Management, or related technology roles.• 1–2 years of hands-on Engineering/Software Development experience, followed bytransition into Program/Project Management.• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrummethodologies.• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and JQL, including dashboards, filters, reporting,and execution tracking.• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including:o Pivot Tableso XLOOKUP/VLOOKUPo Data analysis and reportingo Dashboard creation• Experience managing cross-functional technology programs involving Engineering,QA, Product, Infra, and Business teams.• Strong understanding of release management, dependencies, risks, issues, anddelivery governance.• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.Educational Qualification• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineeringdiscipline• OR MCAPreferred Competencies• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to program management.• Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into execution plans.• Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently.• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.• Solid influencing and stakeholder-management skills without direct reporting authority.• Experience working with senior technology and business stakeholders.
