Wanted: The person who "knows a guy."

You know the one. The artisan in the next village, the tailor who picks up on the second ring, the shortcut through the old city at 6 pm. If you've ever been told "it can't be done by tomorrow" and treated that as a scheduling suggestion, keep reading.

What you'll actually do:

* Run the Director's Office calendar and keep it sane, sorted and one step ahead

* Look after VIP guests so well they never notice the chaos behind the curtain

* Follow up. Then follow up on the follow-up. Politely. Relentlessly.

* Turn "let's discuss" into "it's done" across Design, Production and everyone in between

* Handle local government liaison, from permissions to paperwork, knowing which office, which desk and

which day

* Be our person on the ground for our NGO, finding craft clusters and artisans in and around Jodhpur, and making things happen for designers who are sitting in Delhi wondering how it all works

You're probably right for this if:

* You remember names, preferences and how someone takes their chai





* You can be charming with a guest and firm with a vendor within the same minute

* Your phone contacts would make a local directory jealous

* Government offices don't intimidate you; you know how to get a file moving, the right way

* Rajasthan's roads, villages and ways of working are home ground for you

* You say less than you know. Discretion is non-negotiable.

You're probably not right if:

* "Not my department" is part of your vocabulary

* You need a plan, a backup plan and a week's notice before starting

Experience: 2–4 years in hospitality, luxury, client servicing, or anything where people's expectations were high and patience was low.
