Our client is looking for a Workday Integration Specialist / Consultant to design, configure, test, and support Workday integrations and HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and configure Workday solutions.
- Develop, schedule, monitor, and support Workday integrations.
- Work with Workday Studio and integrate Workday with payroll, benefits, and background verification vendors.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and cross-functional teams for project delivery.
- Test new Workday features, releases, integrations, and reports.
- Prepare technical documentation and support user training.
- Follow SDLC and change management processes.
- Provide high-level production support through ticketing systems.

Required Skills





- 7+ years of experience with Workday Studio and Integrations.
- Solid experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Java.
- Experience with Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS, or SAP HCM.
- Strong understanding of integration design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with HR/payroll-related systems and vendors.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Workday Integration Certification preferred.
