Job Title: AI Video Generation Artist

AI generation experience

We are looking for an AI Video Generation Artist who can create photorealistic, cinematic videos, primarily using Seedance and other AI image and video generation platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling with an understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, and realistic motion.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate scripts, concepts, and storyboards into high-quality AI-generated shots for films, advertisements, and branded content.
- Generate and refine videos primarily in Seedance, selecting other platforms when appropriate.
- Write detailed prompts defining character actions, camera angles, lens choices, lighting, atmosphere, and movement.
- Create cinematic lighting with believable shadows, reflections, skin tones, textures, and depth.
- Maintain character, costume, location, and lighting consistency across shots.
- Develop reference images and keyframes to guide video generation.
- Identify and correct visual artifacts, unnatural movement, flickering, and continuity issues.
- Collaborate with directors, storyboard artists, editors,



and VFX teams to deliver shots aligned with the creative brief.
- Manage iterations, generation credits, deadlines, and organised shot delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong practical command of Seedance and experience with multiple AI generation platforms.
- A strong eye for photorealism, cinematic framing, colour, and lighting.
- Understanding of shot progression, screen direction, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with image-to-video and text-to-video workflows.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and at least one editing or compositing tool, such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
- Ability to troubleshoot generation issues and deliver consistently under production deadlines.

Valuable to Have

- Background in cinematography, animation, compositing, or VFX.
- Experience integrating AI-generated footage with live-action or 3D assets.
- Familiarity with upscaling, cleanup, and colour matching.
