We partner with schools, local governments, and CSR wings of corporates to drive sustainable change.Learn more: www.cherysh.orgAbout the Role We are looking for an ESM (English, Science & Mathematics) Subject Matter Expert to design and support engaging learning experiences for students in Grades 1–10 .The role involves curriculum development, teacher training, student learning assessment, and field-level implementation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about experiential learning and improving educational outcomes for children in rural communities.Key Responsibilities Design and develop ESM curriculum, lesson plans, and learning resources for Classes 1–10Create activity-based and experiential learning modulesTrain, mentor,



and support teachers and Learning FacilitatorsConduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedbackDevelop assessments and track student learning outcomesAnalyze learning data and identify areas for improvementSupport the adoption of MIS and digital learning toolsDesign and support student projects, science fairs, experiments, and hands-on activitiesWork closely with field teams to ensure effective implementation of education programsTravel to project locations as required for program implementation and educator supportContribute to the continuous improvement of CherYsh Trust's education programsQualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology – mandatoryStrong fundamentals in English, Science, and MathematicsPassion for education and improving children's learning outcomesStrong understanding of experiential, activity-based, and foundational learningAbility to train, mentor, and motivate teachers and facilitatorsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in rural and field-based environmentsAbility to use data and technology to support learning outcomesWhy Join CherYsh Trust?
