These are shared with all KPMG market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated to be up to 30%.People Management: Effectively lead the team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Project Management: Participate in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.Skills and attributes for successSkilled in “team leadership” – adhering to the project methodology and PMO processes/procedures, planning the data team’s work, leading local and offshore resources, reporting status, logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions, participating in program governance, etc.Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP FI-AA implementation, support, and enhancement projects.Configure and maintain Asset Accounting processes including asset master data, depreciation areas, asset acquisition, retirement, transfer, and revaluation.Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI-GL, CO, MM, and PS.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions aligned with accounting and compliance standards.Support month-end and year-end closing activities for Asset Accounting.Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work with technical teams for implementation.Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior consultants.Must know:Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes and accounting principles.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori apps.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work workplace.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills,

SAP certification/s highly preferred.At minimum 10–12 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, COPA – S/4HANA experience preferred), as well as participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations required.Experience with implementing and advanced knowledge of SAP Finance and including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed AssetsExperience with implementing SAP Finance and integration to SD, MM, PP, PM, etc. to support product cost controlling and margin analysisExperience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutionsExperience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published planTeam lead expertise – stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management, etc.Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.Experience with all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system.Ideally, you’ll also haveExperience with Central Finance, with focus on central payments implementationExperience with cost accounting, product costing/inventory valuation, margin analysisExperience in finance strategy and finance operations, including A/R, A/P, capital management, asset management, financial accounting, and reporting systems a plus. As well as knowledge of budgeting, planning and forecasting operations and technology a plus.
