Requirement:7–10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.Mandatory experience in steel, metals, heavy manufacturing, power generation, or a closely related industry.Strong hands-on exposure to integrated steel plant operations is highly preferred.Experience across one or more of the following areas:Coke OvensBlast FurnaceSteel Melting ShopRolling MillsCaptive Power PlantUtilitiesMaintenanceProcess EngineeringQualityRequired Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.Solid knowledge of TPM, OEE, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and process capability analysis.Understanding of steel manufacturing processes and metallurgical operations.Understanding of power plant efficiency metrics such as PLF, heat rate, auxiliary consumption,
