Job Overview We are seeking skilled PenetrationTesters to support authorized security testing of systems,networks, applications, and infrastructure. In this role, you willconduct approved security assessments to identify and validatevulnerabilities that could affect the security of critical systemsand services. You will perform testing within a clearly definedscope and use established penetration testing methodologies toassess potential security weaknesses. An ideal candidate has strongtechnical knowledge of cybersecurity and penetration testing. Youshould be comfortable assessing complex environments, identifyingsecurity vulnerabilities, validating findings, and clearlydocumenting their potential impact. Your work will help identifysecurity gaps and support efforts to strengthen the security andintegrity of critical systems and infrastructure. Pay Rate: US$10 per hour Location: India Language:English Responsibilities Conduct authorized penetration testing andsecurity assessments within the defined project scope. Assessnetworks, systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure forpotential security vulnerabilities. Perform approved network andinfrastructure security testing using established penetrationtesting methodologies. Identify and validate security weaknessesthat could affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availabilityof systems and data. Analyse identified vulnerabilities and assesstheir potential impact and severity. Validate findings and collectappropriate supporting evidence.



Document testing methods,findings, risk levels, and recommended remediation actions clearly.Communicate identified security risks and findings to relevantstakeholders. Support the validation of remediation efforts andre-test identified issues when required. Follow defined securityprocedures, ethical standards, and approved testing scope at alltimes. Maintain high levels of accuracy, documentation quality, andattention to detail. Required Qualifications Educational backgroundor equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security,Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, applicationsecurity, network security, or a related cybersecurity role. Strongunderstanding of penetration testing methodologies andvulnerability assessment. Experience assessing networks,infrastructure, systems, or applications for securityvulnerabilities. Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities,attack techniques, and security controls. Understanding of networkprotocols, authentication mechanisms, access controls, and systemsecurity. Experience using penetration testing and securityassessment tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to assess the technical and potential business impact ofidentified vulnerabilities. Robust technical documentation andcommunication skills. Experience working within authorized andclearly defined security testing environments. Relevantcybersecurity certifications or specialized penetration testingtraining are preferred.
