Semi-Qualified CA – Accounts & ComplianceLocation: BangaloreExperience: 2–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter/CA Final) to manage and oversee accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting, and financial reporting .Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.Handle monthly and annual closing , including provisions, accruals, depreciation, and necessary adjustments.Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS reports, and financial reconciliations .Manage GST compliances , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliation, and ITC/2B reconciliation.Handle TDS compliance , including calculation, deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.Assist with Income Tax compliance , tax computations, advance tax, and related requirements.Coordinate and support Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and GST-related assessments/notices .Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants,



and other external professionals.Ensure all statutory compliances are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, control gaps, and compliance issues.Assist in improving accounting processes, internal controls, and finance-related reporting.Candidate RequirementsCA Inter / CA Final / Semi-Qualified CA .2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, Audit, or Compliance .Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles .Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / SAP / Zoho / other ERP systems .Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.Valuable communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet statutory deadlines.PreferredCandidates with experience in end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance in a CA firm, startup, SME, or growing organization will be preferred.
