About Our Client Our client is a Shanghai-basedmanufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions withglobal operations and over 1,000 employees. Job Summary This roleinvolves driving the end-to-end implementation of overseas datacenter infrastructure projects within cross-functional teams. TheProject Manager will oversee design, construction, and equipmentdeployment to ensure alignment with global technical standards andbusiness objectives. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownershipof the deployment of overseas data center infrastructure projects.Collaborate with scope, engineering, operations, procurement, andfinance teams to ensure successful infrastructure delivery. Managemultiple vendors, track progress, identify risks, and resolveissues throughout the project lifecycle, holding ultimateaccountability for schedule, cost, and quality targets. Leadinitiatives to standardize global project management processes,improve delivery methodologies, and optimize project timelines.Identify defects and waste within deployment workflows to driveprocess improvements without introducing risks to systemavailability. Supervise cross-disciplinary works, includingelectrical and genset equipment deployment,



to ensure compliancewith global technical standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years ofproject management experience in data centers or equivalentcritical infrastructure. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience inconstruction or project management. Minimum 5 years of vendor andsubcontractor management experience. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English and Hindi; Chinese is a plus.Solid attention to detail and proven capability to manage multiplecompeting priorities concurrently. Ability to analyze and respondquickly in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment. Master’sDegree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management,or a related technical discipline (preferred). Experience withIndian data center projects (preferred). Ability to discusstechnical concepts and evaluate new proposals with diverse internaland external stakeholders. Self-motivated with consistentfollow-through to project closure and strong problem-solvingskills. Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives forboth technical and non-technical audiences.
