Role Overview We are looking for a high-agencybusiness development leader to anchor and scale our partner's CSRfundraising efforts in India. This role requires a strongunderstanding of the CSR ecosystem, the ability to build seniorcorporate relationships, and the drive to convert partnerships intolong-term, high-value engagements. The ideal candidate combines B2Bsales rigor with a nuanced understanding of CSR priorities,compliance frameworks, and corporate decision-making processes. KeyResponsibilities New business development Own and deliver CSR fundsfrom corporates across sectors Independently open doors with CSRheads, CXOs, and corporate foundations Build and manage a strong,high-quality pipeline of prospective CSR donors Lead the end-to-endlifecycle:
