Job Summary GlintTech Solutions is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter withhands-on experience in USA IT Staffing to source, screen, andmanage candidates for technical positions on a W2 basis. This is afully remote role requiring availability during USA business hours.Must-Have Requirements 6 months to 3 years of Technical Recruitingexperience Hands-on experience with USA IT Staffing Strongunderstanding and experience working on the W2 staffing model Goodexperience working with Tier-1 Vendors and/or Tier-1 ClientsExperience sourcing candidates for technical positions Strongknowledge of LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed,



and other sourcingplatforms Good understanding of Boolean Search and candidatesourcing techniques Experience screening resumes and conductinginitial candidate qualification Strong follow-up and candidaterelationship management skills Ability to work independently in aremote setting Willingness to work according to USA businesshours/time zones Key Responsibilities Source qualified ITprofessionals for USA-based requirements Review job descriptionsand understand technical requirements Search candidates throughLinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcingchannels Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience,location, work authorization, and compensation Explain W2opportunities and employment terms to candidates Coordinateinterviews and maintain candidate follow-ups Maintain accuratecandidate information in the ATS Work closely with recruiters,account managers, and business development teams Meet daily andmonthly recruitment targets Contact:[email protected]
