The role acts as the primary interface between business users, infrastructure teams, packaging teams, and Vector support.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication SupportProvide day-to-day support for Vector vCDM application.Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.Coordinate with Vector product support for complex issues.Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.User & License AdministrationManage user accounts,
