Job Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for software demonstrations, customer follow-ups, new lead conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct software/product demos for new and existing customers.

Handle telephonic sales calls with new leads and existing customers.

Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.

Understand customer requirements and explain the relevant Nyife.chat solutions.

Manage existing customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Maintain regular communication with customers to support customer success and retention.

Generate recurring business from existing customers.

Follow up for renewals, wallet recharge, subscriptions, and additional requirements.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, demos, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the technical/customer support team whenever required.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills





Excellent English communication is mandatory.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and qualified telephone communication.

Ability to conduct software/product demonstrations.

Good sales and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.

Basic understanding of software/SaaS products.

Comfortable working with CRM and other sales tools.

Experience & Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, software sales, SaaS sales, or customer success.

Candidates with experience selling software or B2B products will be preferred.

Good English communication is compulsory.

Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls and conducting online product demos.
