Relationship Manager – Real Estate | Position : Relationship Manager Industry : Real Estate Location : Vastrapur / Gota / Gandhinagar Job Responsibilities: Handle and follow up with clients and property enquiries. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients. Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth transactions. Maintain client information and enquiry updates in CRM. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
Requirements: Graduate in any field. 1+ year of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Relationship Management preferred. Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Robust follow-up and client-handling skills. Target-oriented and presentable.
