We are seeking a seasoned, forward-thinking Salesforce Life Sciences Architect to join our elite team at our Hyderabad, India location (Work from Office).

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Vision: Lead the design and delivery of scalable, robust, and compliant Salesforce solutions tailored for complex global Life Sciences organizations.
Innovation Integration: Bridge core Salesforce capabilities with revolutionary technologies like Agentforce and Data Cloud, leveraging Megnitys unique partner status.
Life Sciences Expertise: Architect solutions within the context of Commercial CRM, Veeva/OCE replacement strategies, patient journey orchestration, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11).
Technical Leadership: Provide technical governance and leadership across the entire development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices (performance, security, scalability).
Team Mentor & Peer: Collaborate with product teams and guide developers. Participate in our culture of continuous learning, both sharing your expertise and actively absorbing recent platform knowledge.

Required Experience:




8 - 12+ years of progressive, dedicated Salesforce experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
A proven track record of designing complex integrations and high-volume data architecture on the Salesforce platform.
Solid foundation in Core Tech Stack: Advanced APEX, LWC, MuleSoft (or other middleware), and expert-level platform knowledge (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds).

Domain and Specialty Experience (Must-Haves):
Deep Life Sciences Vertical Experience: Substantial experience (minimum 3 years) working with Life Sciences organizations.
IQVIA OCE (Commercial Ecosystem) Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of the IQVIA OCE platform, particularly from an architectural migration or implementation standpoint. Experience translating legacy CRM data models into contemporary Life Sciences/Health Cloud schemas is crucial.
