That's the gap we close with our technology, in service of a cooler planet and cleaner air.About the RoleYou'll own the delivery of one or more of our carbon removal projects — ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with approved methodologies and registry standards. Based in our Bengaluru office, you'll work closely with internal product and operations teams, and coordinate with implementation managers and field operators at project sites across India.What You'll DoProject DeliveryLead planning, execution, and day-to-day management of carbon removal projectsBuild implementation plans, timelines, budgets,



and resource requirementsDevelop project documentation and reportingCoordinate end-to-end project activities with external implementation and field teamsPlan and run train-the-trainer programsCarbon Compliance & MRVEnsure projects comply with approved carbon methodologies and registry standardsSupport data collection across soil sampling, biomass tracking, input records, and operational performanceCoordinate audit preparation and third-party verificationBudget, Vendors & HSEOwn implementation budgets, cost tracking, and procurement schedulesNegotiate with vendors and manage contractor performanceEnsure compliance with environmental regulations, workplace safety standards, and land-use requirementsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Forestry, Operations, or a related field5+ years in project implementation, field operations, or operational delivery4+ years of leadership experience managing climate-tech, regenerative agriculture, or carbon sequestration projects in IndiaTrack record running multi-stakeholder projects in agriculture, climate-tech, renewables, infrastructure, forestry, or carbon removalProfessional fluency in written and spoken English and HindiWillingness to travel frequently to rural project sitesBased in Bengaluru, or willing to relocateDesired SkillsWorking knowledge of carbon MRV, project planning tools, budget tracking, and vendor coordinationFamiliarity with GIS and field data systemsRegional language proficiency relevant to our project geographies
