- Make outbound calls to existing, inactive, and prospective subscribers.
- Explain subscription plans, offers, renewal schemes, and circulation services.
- Follow up with customers for subscription renewals and pending payments.
- Handle customer complaints and circulation-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the distribution/circulation team to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, subscriptions, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into subscribers.
- Conduct customer feedback calls to understand satisfaction and service issues.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and subscription targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, renewals, and complaints.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
