Role Objective

To lead and manage multiple real estate projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, safety and smooth site execution. The role will have overall responsibility for project performance from construction planning through completion and handover.

Key Goal

To ensure successful execution and timely delivery of multiple high-rise projects with complete ownership of quality, cost, timelines, safety and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of multiple real estate projects and their site execution.

- Lead construction planning, execution and progress across all projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality standards.

- Monitor project budgets, costs, resources and overall financial discipline.

- Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.

- Oversee procurement, contracts and material planning to ensure uninterrupted execution.

- Review project schedules, milestones and critical activities; take corrective action for delays.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.





- Coordinate with Design, Finance, Legal, CRM and other internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Identify project risks and resolve critical construction and site-related issues.

- Drive adoption of up-to-date construction methods, technologies and best practices to improve productivity.

- Lead, mentor and build strong project and site execution teams.

- Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of experience in real estate construction/project execution.

- High-rise residential construction experience is mandatory.

- Strong experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven track record in end-to-end project execution and site management.

- Strong understanding of construction planning, cost control, quality and project management.

- Experience managing large teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.

- Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership of project outcomes.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management – Mandatory.

- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
