Ctc- upto 20 % hike on current ctc
working days- 6 days (9 am-5:30 pm)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales with 10+ years of experience in the electrical and switchgear industry. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sales and business development of MV VCB Panels and a proven ability to develop customers, generate business, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for MV VCB Panels and related electrical products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market mapping and customer visits.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, enquiry, technical coordination, quotation, negotiation to order closure.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/design teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring profitable business closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and maintain robust long-term business relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and customer support.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and customer records.
- Support collection follow-ups and ensure timely payment realization from customers.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MV VCB Panels, switchgear, and electrical power distribution systems.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of MV VCB Panels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of technical-commercial sales processes.
- Strong customer relationship and business development capabilities.
- Ability to handle sales targets independently.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
