Branch Manager – Sales & Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead clinic operations while driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent client experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, team management skills, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management:-

- Achieve monthly and annual branch revenue targets.
- Drive consultations, conversions, treatment package sales, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve business growth.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly branch KPIs.

Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage appointment flow, client service, and branch productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, front office, and support teams.

Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff performance.
- Conduct daily review meetings and provide guidance to the team.
- Ensure employee discipline, attendance, grooming, and customer service standards.

Customer Experience:





- Handle client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Build solid relationships with clients to improve retention and referrals.
- Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and service issues.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Maintain branch MIS reports, sales reports, and operational data.
- Ensure proper inventory control, cash handling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Management for branch requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Retail, Healthcare, Wellness, Aesthetics, Hospitality, or Clinic Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Target-driven with excellent customer handling abilities.

Preferred Industry:

Aesthetic Clinics, Healthcare, Wellness, Retail, Hospitality, Cosmetic, Dermatology, Hair & Skin Clinics.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
