About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager / Interior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, a professional approach, and experience in interior sales or modular furniture sales.

The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, understanding client requirements, coordinating with the design team, and converting prospects into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert interior design and modular furniture leads into sales.
- Conduct client meetings and understand their design and project requirements.
- Explain interior solutions, products, designs, and services to clients.
- Coordinate with the design team for quotations, presentations, and project discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely lead updates.
- Use CRM tools regularly for lead management, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards successful closures.
- Achieve monthly sales, meeting, conversion, and revenue targets.




- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to closure.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior sales, modular furniture sales, real estate sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Professional and corporate work approach.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Good follow-up and pipeline-management discipline.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with design and execution teams.
- Candidates with experience in interior design sales / modular kitchen / home interior sales will be preferred.
