- Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
- Supervise shop-floor activities and manpower.
- Ensure production as per quality and safety standards.
- Monitor machines, processes and production output.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and PPC teams.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
- Ensure 5S and discipline on the shop floor.
Required Skills: Valuable technical knowledge, communication skills, basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
