We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, team leadership, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans.
- Identify and generate new leads and potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising and media solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Monitor sales activities, team performance, and conversion rates.
- Assign targets and responsibilities to sales team members and track their progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.




- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, and pending payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, media, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
