Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, AC and utility systems at an institutional facility.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, utilities, building services and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain DG sets, air-conditioning systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, motors and other utility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime by following preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities promptly.




- Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
- Follow all safety procedures, site rules and maintenance standards.

Eligibility

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years in facility maintenance or a similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC/AC and utility equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment faults independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Gross Salary: ₹25,000–₹27,000 per month, based on experience and skills
- PF & ESI as per applicable statutory norms
