Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our academic courses and programs.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and provide detailed information about courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into successful admissions.
- Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the admission decision.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve individual and team admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents while ensuring an excellent admission experience.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–3 years of experience in tele sales, admission counselling, or education sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to interact confidently with students and parents in person.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
