Role Overview
We're growing internationally and need sharp, driven people to help us get there. This is an outreach-heavy role focused on finding and onboarding the right distributors, brokers and partners across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify qualified distributors, brokers and partners in international markets
- Run personalised outreach on LinkedIn and email to start and nurture conversations
- Convert leads into active partnerships and support their onboarding
- Maintain an organised pipeline and tracker of all outreach activity and follow-ups
- Coordinate with and assist the Founder on day-to-day priorities
- Use AI tools to research contacts, personalise communication and work more efficiently

Ideal Candidate





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for personalised outreach
- Comfortable with cold outreach on LinkedIn and email, with a professional and persuasive approach
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with strong follow-up habits
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple conversations at once
- Basic understanding of international markets and B2B relationship building is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools

Important
This is a high-commitment role. Apply only if you can commit to a full-time internship. We are not considering students attending regular college.
