The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Ather electric scooters at the Tirur showroom. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth sales and delivery experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ather models
- Explain product features, pricing, EMI options, insurance, and exchange offers
- Conduct test ride coordination and follow up with potential customers
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Coordinate with the service and delivery team for timely vehicle delivery
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and brand guidelines
- Participate in local marketing activities, events, and promotions
- Handle customer objections and ensure high customer satisfaction
