Job Overview: -

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for our Jaipur location. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night or rotational shifts and be willing to work from the Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice channels as per process requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer information in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Jaipur office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
