Full job description: - The Drone Pilot is responsible for operating safely and efficiently for agriculture, surveying, inspection, mapping applications. The role ensures compliance with DGCA regulations while delivering high-quality flight operations and accurate data collection.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Operate drones for agricultural spraying, surveying, mapping, inspections, and monitoring.

- Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections.

- Prepare flight plans and obtain necessary permissions.

- Ensure safe operation in accordance with DGCA guidelines.

- Capture high-quality aerial imagery and survey data.

- Coordinate with clients and project teams during field operations.

- Maintain flight logs and mission reports.

- Perform basic drone maintenance and identify technical issues.

- Ensure safety of personnel,



equipment, and surrounding workplace.

- Travel extensively to project locations.

Technical Skills: - GPS & GIS fundamentals, Drone maintenance, Safety compliance, Report preparation, Soft Skills, Communication, Decision making, Problem solving, Attention to detail, Time management

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- DGCA Certification (Preferred)
