About the Role

MS Clinical Research builds in-house platforms for clinical research operations. Our engineers handle backend, frontend and features. We're looking for an AI-native generalist who owns product design and also brings broader AI skills to speed up how the team builds.

Your core focus will be Google Stitch, Figma and Framer: taking rough ideas to polished, developer-ready designs within a day. Beyond design, you'll use AI tools to prototype, automate and ship faster.

Our Stack

Claude, Supabase and Vercel, with React-based frontends and an AI-first development workflow.

What You'll Do

Design (core focus)

- Turn requirements into complete flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens using Stitch, Figma and Framer.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
- Design data-heavy web apps (dashboards, forms, workflows), desktop-first and responsive.
- Create interactive prototypes and work closely with developers on handoff.

AI and Development

- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable or similar) to turn designs into working prototypes.




- Write effective prompts and build AI-assisted workflows that automate repetitive tasks.
- Explore and test recent AI models and tools, and bring the useful ones into our workflow.
- Support the team on AI features such as LLM integrations, content generation and internal tools.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on skills in Google Stitch, Figma and Framer, including components, variants, auto-layout and design systems.
- Working knowledge of LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, including prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding or no-code tools to build functional prototypes.
- Stays current with the latest AI model and tool releases.
- Strong visual fundamentals: typography, spacing, hierarchy and colour.
- Ability to deliver quality work on short timelines and iterate on feedback.
- Portfolio required: design work plus any AI projects, prototypes or automations you've built.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Supabase and Vercel, or deploying prototypes live.
- Basic frontend skills (HTML/CSS, React, Tailwind).
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) or LLM APIs.
- Interest in healthcare or life sciences products.
