Job Description:
- Provide support and training to ERP users
- Maintain and manage the ERP system across various modules
- Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and regular updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to vendors when needed
- Monitor ERP system performance and ensure data integrity
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and manuals
