Territory Sales Executive – Automotive Lubricants (Madurai)

About Role

Mannol India is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand the dealer and distributor network in the Madurai region. Candidates with experience in automotive lubricant sales and knowledge of leading lubricant brands are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory
- Promote Mannol lubricant products to workshops, retailers, spare parts dealers, and fleet operators
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Achieve monthly sales targets and territory growth objectives
- Ensure regular customer visits and follow-ups
- Submit sales and activity reports

Requirements

- Experience in automotive lubricant sales is mandatory
- Robust knowledge of lubricant products and applications
- Experience with brands such as Shell,



Castrol, Mobil, Gulf, Valvoline, Veedol, Servo, TotalEnergies, HP Lubricants, BPCL MAK, or similar
- Proven experience in dealer and distributor development
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage sales targets independently
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory
