About the Role

High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Lister to manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product catalogues, improving listing quality, and ensuring products are presented effectively to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product listing and cataloguing across e-commerce platforms.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
- Optimize product content using relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
- Upload and maintain high-quality product images and other required content.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace guidelines and standards.
- Monitor listing errors, suppressed/rejected products, and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with design, inventory, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Regularly update pricing, stock availability,



product details, and promotional information.
- Maintain organized product databases and prepare basic listing reports.
- Stay updated with marketplace requirements and cataloguing best practices.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce listing, catalogue management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
- Good understanding of product cataloguing and marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
