- Prepare South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, curries, and rice items.
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain mise-en-place, FIFO, and proper food storage.
- Minimize food wastage and support the team during service.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Culinary qualification is an advantage.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
